Dr. Samia Zeid, Head of the EPIC unit ( English for Purposes of International Communication) at the Western Galilee Academic College in Israel, specializes in course administration and syllabi development, with a focus on supporting students with English language challenges and introducing innovative, interactive and personalized learning approaches. She teaches postgraduate courses and is actively involved in committees aimed at fostering communication between students from different backgrounds. Dr. Zeid's interests include meta-cognitive learning strategies, cultural diversity, and student-centered learning. She participates in the international Erasmus "IMPACT" project and teaches courses on soft skills. Additionally, she offers workshops on self-regulation, intercultural competence and tackling linguistic challenges in international courses .
