I am a seasoned Librarian with over 9 years of working experience in library services with education and training, art, sport, culture and marketing of Library sources and services. I have worked with people of different diversities and culture, ranging from teens, adults, college and University students,faculty, doctors and general members of the community. I specialize in establishing Libraries from scratch and develop them to become second to none. I possess strong knowledge and proven skills in the management of libraries, Digital Literacy, Metadata Design, Microsoft Applications and policies into tangible resources conducive for the learning of Library users. I am a groomer with unquestionable leadership qualities and many success stories. However I published my researches, a spirit of intrigue and voracious love to read has followed me to this day. I believe in collaboration, tolerance, growth through learning, excellent leadership, creativity and extra-curricular activities as key components to stimulate the instinctive capacity of every child to achieve, excel and succeed in their learning and development and ultimately in life.
